Returns Policy

Buy with confidence and our satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll try to make things right, arrange an exchange, or issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will send you a free return shipping label and RMA # for all authorized returns on orders made in our online store.

We are not able to accept any returns more than 45 days after the original purchase date, except at the discretion of our customer service team. Re-stocking or return processing fees may be applied, and return shipping costs will not be covered, on any returns made after 45 days. Sorry, but we are not able to accept any returns on expired products.

If you purchased directly at in the past 45 days:

  • Please email [email protected] or call us at 1-844-437-2364 to request an RMA# and free return shipping label.
  • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
  • We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase, or send you a refund check, if you prefer.
  • Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up, after it has been issued by us. Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges if any.

If you purchased from one of our authorized re-sellers in the past 30 days:

  • Please contact that re-seller directly to arrange your return.
  • Rise Biscuits will credit the re-seller’s account once the return has been processed.

We ask that you keep the product in question on hand until the return has been processed. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask that returned items be donated to a local shelter or non-profit organization of your choice (with donation receipt provided for our records), or it may be fed to your employees’ pets! In some cases we require returns to be sent to our office for inspection or laboratory analysis, and in this case we will issue a return shipping label for your convenience.

*Please note - we do not accept returns on expired merchandise.
